With the confirmation of your order, you will be informed about the delivery day, depending on the place of delivery. In any case your order will be delivered at your door, by the Hellenic Post -Door to Door Service, during the working days and hours (Monady-Friday, 09:00 – 19:00).
According to the time schedule of our courier partner company, the deliveries are as follows: In Athens the delivery of the product will be done in the next day. From town to town in 1 or 2 working days.
After the placement of your order, you will receive an email with all the required information, you will need. Such as the tracking number, etc.

In Greece all the deliveries are free, for orders over 50€, while in orders less than 50€ the minimum charge rate is 4€.
Worldwide, all the orders are dispatched with DHL Express Service. For orders over 150€, there is no transportation cost. If your order is less than 150€ then the cost is 12€ for European Union Countries or 20€ for countries out of Europe.
Product Return Service
We are passionate about ensuring, that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
But in case you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days. In order for the return to take place, you should meet the below requirements:
- Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of your purchase
- Tags are attached to all items
- The product should be returned to us in original condition. We will not accept back products that have been used or have been washed, or are dirty.
- The products should be packed in a bag, in order to reassure that will not be damaged during the transportation.
Cost of Return
In case you have changed your mind and you want to return your purchase, then you are responsible for the cost of shipping. In case of a default product, then the shipping cost burden our company.
